THE Rai Coast District Development Authority (DDA) has officially signed a contract with the Department for Community Development and Religion for the construction of a District Community Development Centre (DCDC) on Tuesday in Port Moresby.

The Rai Coast DDA signed a contract in Port Moresby yesterday with the Department for the Community Development and Regional for the construction of a District Community Development Centre, following an MoU signed last year.
