Middle Fly DDA and Ok Tedi Development Authority partner in education development program

The remote Boazi tribe of Aiambak-Wangwanga village initiated Middle Fly MP Maso Hewabi as the Chief of Middle Fly District.

A new district administration building and public servants housing complex costing K25 million will soon be built at the Nomad government station in Middle Fly. 

The community of Nomad and nearby villages gathered at the district headquarters for a historic handover ceremony of the district administrator position

For the past two years, Middle Fly District had two local level governments(LLGs): Lake Murray and Nomad. 

Thousands gathered at the Daru Sports Oval on Friday, 17th January to witness the launch of the Western Province Integrated Development plan (2023-2027) along side District Development Plan.
