New road in Wanuma Local Level Government of Middle Ramu District after 51 years
The Madang-Baiyer road has been designated a priority corridor under the government's Connect PNG programme for 2020-2040
Public servants, village court officials, and church workers in the remote Kovon Local Level Government area of Middle Ramu District in Madang have each received K2,500 in hardship allowances.
The completion of Biyer-Madang Highway, will see many isolated communities in the three provinces having road access after more than 50 years.
Middle Ramu District Development Authority is continuing to deliver very basic goods and services to the people.
