Kavieng DDA is filled with politically appointed people who aren't educated to perform their duties. They should be recruited according to merit, that is why services aren't reaching the wards and funding is flaunted and not aquited for because the people here think its the politicians money to spend on thier wantoks and voters only.. Even the coordinator at ward 2 kavieng is so hell bent in just eating the funds rather then facilitating service delivery. Not every one in every ward is accounted for, only those handful loyal to a political party or member are selected. Dumb people eating money and wards and districts suffer with no service and only receiving free hand out..

No facelift of Kavieng hospital, people are dying of curable disease and too many referrals, Kavieng hospital is a health hazard.. But yet millions are spent and somehow aquited with no tangible or physical evidence,

Kavieng is well behind in terms or development in its wards, zones,LLGs, and Districts, millions are somehow aquited but the truth still stands, power outages, water quality and outages, telikom landlines failure, Airport services in complete no back facilities, wharf services is a joke, hospital is a money grabbing opportunity and finally KDDA is an avenue for the receiving rice, tinfish and money for short term only by loyal member supporters only and family and wantoks.. Nilim na Nilim gut, ino ring yet.
