The Kikori District Development Authority (KDDA) Board in its first meeting of the year held in April this year, approved two (2) important reviews to be undertaken in the district immediately:
i) Review of the implementation of major KDDA projects in the District, and
ii)Review of the 2018 – 2022 Kikori Districts 5 Year Development Plan (5YDDP) and formulation of the new 2023 – 2027 5YDDP.

Wabo Health Centre Opening
A Memorandum of Understanding was signed yesterday by MVIL and the Kerema DDA to arrange for subsidized Motor Vehicle Registration and Compulsory Third Party Insurance Services in Kerema.
Kikori District Development Authority board recently approved K1m towards education. This is a significant increase for this vital service for the district.
Kikori District Development Authority has approved K158,000 toward the 47th Independence Day Celebrations with fall on the 16th September.
