We, the concerned citizens of Porgera and Paiela, we wish to voice our growing unease regarding the misuse of the peoples funds that are meant to serve our community. It has come to our attention, through the prevailing public opinion, that these funds have not been allocated appropriately. Instead of being used to uplift the lives of the people of Porgera and Paiela, they appear to have disproportionately benefited the Porgera DDA Board members.
The Wabag DDA has constructed a shorter route from Laiagam to Wabag which is currently being widened and gravelled simultaneously.
Gravelling work is currently taking place on the Tupus-Tupokores section of the Wapenamanda-Lower Lai road in Enga.
